THE PROCESS
It all starts with the Design and Consultation process. This is where we get all the necessary information from a potential client and assess your spaces or premises to provide a successful design and need your biophilic needs - all at the same time.
We do this by enlisting one of our specialists to help asses your site. Then we make a recommendation to you.

THE TERMS
Our service is guided by a contract that helps outline our scope of works and our committment to you.
The key considerations are:
MAINTENANCE | FREQUENCY & DUTIES
We conduct one (1) weekly visit to your premises to maintain plants (watering, cleaning, topping up of soil and fertilizing as required).
Plants will be replaced as deemed necessary by our staff.
Due Care
Will be responsible for the safekeeping once on premise, for damage caused by moving the plants, by your employees or parties working on your instructions and for damage caused by the affixing of lights to the plants or by the closure of offices preventing access for watering and inspection of plants.
